A-Rod's Admission Video

So by now most of us have seen this, but given how big this is (and because he's a Yankee), I couldn't resist pulling it from ESPN and posting....

What are your thoughts? Glad he came clean? Still just have too much hate for the guy to think he did the right thing? Will you ever think of him again in the same manner?....

I sure won't.

I'm glad he came clean but I won't be putting this news behind me anytime soon. It doesn't help that he's a complete jerk. He's going to have to live with his poor decision-making for the rest of his life.

I feel the same because he only came out cause he got caught and because of his ludicrous attempts to discredit Selena Roberts.

Same ol Alex.

Regardless of the circumstances, he did the right thing to own up.
The decision to use is of course his own responsibility, but MLB and Players Union continue to wear a huge black eye for the ball dropping errors in this debacle.

Although A-rod repeatedly claims excuses on, "it was the culture back then", "I was young and naive", (and my person favorite) "it was such a loosy-goosy era", I feel he made more excuses for his actions than admittance. It's a player choice to use steroids and regardless the pressure around them every athlete knows that steroid use will forever mar their accomplishments. It's just too bad that fans in general don't praise more those who abstain from using. But then again, most fans only care about production.

The best thing I have seen Fenway fans ever do? Cheer for the Rocket after his last exit there on the yanks.
